I was watching TV late last night and saw an ad advertising a Guns and Roses concert. OMG I am so going and even better, Sabastian Bach will be there 2..... Lost you yet? Sab is the lead singer of Skid Row and man he is god damn hot!!! Yeah I was a bit of a banger in my day and I kicked myself the last time for missing out on the last concert they had at Caulder. This time wild horses won't hold me back.... bring it on... Oh I am so excited I can get dressed up in my old black get up OH YEAH>>>>WOOOHOO......

Another weekend gone

I hope everybody had a lovely weekend. It seemed to flow so quickly for me. Friday night I shouted my Mum and Aunty dinner and had chinese. It was nice to eat with adults for a change. Saturday Blaine and I had portraits done. I was annoyed cos it took no more than 2 minutes and the took 2 shots, one of the both of us and 1 of Blaine. It will be interesting to see how they turn out. So all dressed up and no where to go. We went to frankston and took a few shots, then went out to La Porchetta for lunch and it was fabulous. Sunday was chore day and finally I have caught up. Here's some shotd from the weekend....

1st day of Kinder

Today was Blaines 1st day of Kinder and he went really well. He jumped into the whole system like he had been there for years and off he went making new friends and playing with all the new activites. He suprises me just how clever he is, I guess it doesn't help that I am either at work or at home working. There is just not enough hours in the day sometimes. He had a great day and after the session it was time to go to care. I had packed him a lunch to eat for the drive (20 min drive between kinders) and within 5 minutes he was sound asleep. It was lucky that it was rest time at care cos he was buggered, poor little man. It was such a big day for him as well as me. I am soooo tired. I guess cramming for a course last night didnt help, and I fell asleep before 1 could finish all 3 of my assignments i had to do b4 today. I had to cram at work, how naughty am I, but I got it done, the trainner was happy and I am happy to know that all this will be finished by June... thank god. Im studying a financial something a rather and accounts management, as you can see I'm so into it....not!!! LOL the only thing im into is the payrise after it. (rubbing my hands together). I am just so glad to be home. Another big day again tomorrow but it will be nice to get home early for a change. maybe i will be able to sqeeze in a bit of scrapping and get my BAS done....

Blaine is going to Kinder

After an emotional week, I have decided to send Blaine to Kinder. We went today to have a look around. For the 1st 10 minutes he was very unsure and wouldn't leave my side, but the teacher asked him if he wanted to paint and off he went. I looked around and sat back and he did his own thing and while i spoke to the teacher. Well after a while it was time for us to leave. i couldn't find him, he blended in so well and when i did find him he didnt want to leave. Anyway I expected a call late in the week or next but nope I got a call from the teacher telling me it was a pleasure to have him and he would do very well. SO we start officially tomorrow. Camera in hand for this proud Mummy. So he will be doing 3 days a week as well as care, man we are going to be 2 busy little bees. Oh well, at least i will have peace of mind knowing that he is getting the best education i can provide and if that means juggling kinder, child care and work then so be it. i am very lucky to have such a great boss. Look out for photos tomorrow. I am so excited....

my new couch

Thanks to a very special person, i was able to get my new couch today. Its chocolste swede, a 2 seater and a 3 seater and so comfy. Blaine is asleep on it as we speak. A special thanks is in order for my special person. might go and have a look for a rug tomorrow just to finish off that part of the house.

Easter Bunny has been

Home Sweet Home

All moved in. Just a little bit of unpacking and a few new household items and I can finally call this place my home. I love it, it works so well with all my stuff and plenty of space for me and the boy. I love the quiteness of the area and its far enough for people not to door knock and bother me..... love it....
Now to get organised so I can have a garage sale. Saying goodbye to all blaines baby stuff will be sad but I need a new couch and dinning setting so I may as well make a little money to fund my extavegant taste...lol
I have a Mish Mosh party coming up in a few weeks as well as a stamping up party on the 4th May, I hope to see some of you there.

Well done to my my nephew Damon for his Footy training session with the Richmond Football Club yesturday. You did an amazing job and I can't wait to see you play on the MSG on Saturday when Richmond take on Sydney. As soon as I get some photos done I will ipload to show you all my spunky Nephew.
Well better get back to work and get unpacking tonight so I can sit and chat more often....
